Step 1. Choose Object (O

) > Static Text or click the button . At the moment, the

mouse pointer will be cross pointer. You can press the left button of mouse,

drag to the position you need and then release to get the text square.

Step 2. Move the mouse to static text square and then double-click left button of

mouse to get the following window.
