Explanation

Illegal function code:

The function code received in the command message is not available for the AC motor

drive.

Illegal data address:

The data address received in the command message is not available for the AC motor

drive.

Illegal data value:

The data value received in the command message is not available for the AC drive.

Slave device failure:

The AC motor drive is unable to perform the requested action.

Communication time-out:

If Pr.09-03 is not equal to 0.0, Pr.09-02=00~02, and there is no communication on the

bus during the Time-out detection period (set by Pr.09-03), “cE10” will be shown on the

keypad.
